Göreme Historical National Park

Listed on the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List, the Göreme Historical National Park offers fabulous vantage points from which to enjoy the view, as well as numerous historic castles, churches and monasteries. However, the most unique features in the region are unquestionably the volcanic tufa Fairy Chimneys. Following the posted walking paths in the National Park, you can discover the traces of a long and rich history in settlements like Ürgüp, Avcılar, Uçhisar, Çavuşin and Zelve.
